For workshops & one-offs

Weekend workshops, intensives, masterclasses, and one-off classes — the room is bookable by the hour. Run a 4-hour Saturday workshop, a half-day intensive, or a weekend retreat without committing to weekly slots.

Is the floor genuinely sprung? Yes — a real sprung wooden floor, not just wooden floorboards. The construction provides the give that’s gentle on knees, shins, and ankles, which is why our existing dance groups stay.

Are there mirrors on the wall? No. Bring a portable mirror if you need one for fundamentals work.

What sound system is available? House speakers in the hall, hardwired. Most teachers also bring their own Bluetooth speaker, amp, or small PA — both work fine.

Are hard-soled shoes or heels allowed? We ask hirers to avoid heels and hard-soled shoes on the sprung floor where practical, to keep the surface in good condition for the next group.

Do regular weekly teachers get a discount? No special regular-hirer rate — pricing is the same hourly rate as ad-hoc. The existing long-hire discount (10% at 5+ hours, 20% at 8+ hours) applies to longer single bookings.
